Staying in a fully equipped home means you can pack lighter than you think. Here's what's already waiting for you, and what's worth bringing.
What the house provides
Both homes come stocked with all linens and towels, a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, smart TVs, high-speed Wi-Fi, central air, and a gas fireplace. The pool and hot tub are ready to go, and there's a mahogany sun deck for lounging. You won't need to haul the basics.
What to bring
Pack the personal beach gear you love — sunscreen, hats, sunglasses, a good book — plus any specialty groceries, beach toys for the kids, and your favorite bottle of wine. Bring layers regardless of season; ocean evenings cool down even in summer.
- Sunscreen, hats, and sunglasses
- Beach reads and games for the group
- A light layer or sweater for breezy evenings
- Any specialty food, drinks, or baby/kid gear
- A towel and supplies for the dog, if you're bringing one
Off-season extras
Coming in the cooler months? Add a warm jacket for beach walks and comfortable layers for evenings by the fire. The homes are winterized and cozy, but the wind off the Atlantic has its own opinions.
