A few important things to know before your stay. We aim to keep our homes pristine and our wonderful Dune Road neighbors happy — please review these rules carefully and reach out with any questions.

Minimum age to rent

Children
Welcome — ages 0 to 17
Pets
Dogs under 20 lbs only. Limit 2 dogs per stay. $250 fee per pet. Please request pet-friendly bookings in advance.
Smoking
Strictly no smoking inside the homes
Events & loud music
No events, parties, or loud music. This is a quiet residential community.
Quiet hours
7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. We are mindful of our wonderful neighbors on Dune Road.
