The 8-bedroom home at 915 Dune Road sleeps up to 16 and the 6-bedroom at 819 Dune Road sleeps up to 12, each with generous dining space and open living areas that hold a long evening comfortably, from the four questions through the last songs.

Because everyone stays over, the seder can take its time. There's no watching the clock for the drive home, and the next morning starts with coffee and the ocean instead of a commute.
